Tēnā koutou e te whānau
What a crazy week it’s been – warm but pouring with rain!
Many of you would have heard Jacinda’s announcement about changes to our Red setting. From tonight we will no longer have to scan in and indoor crowd numbers can be up to 200 people. We will be continuing to wear masks and practicing good hygiene procedures.
Our hybrid learning system will continue next week with online learning available at school or from home or a combination of both.
A reminder that students who are not feeling well should stay home and take a test. Any students living in the same house as someone who has tested positive for COVID should also stay home. The isolation period for household contacts and positive cases is 7 days. The 7 days start from the onset of symptoms or a positive test – whichever comes first.
Thank you all again for keeping us informed if your child tests positive or is a household contact.
